 Jeckells the Sailmakers guarantees all cruising sails against faulty workmanship and defective materials for a period of five years from the date of delivery and undertakes, promptly, to repair free of charge or, at its option, to replace any defective sails.
This Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- 1. Each Guaranteed sail must be returned to Jeckells the Sailmakers during the Autumn of each year following the date on which it was supplied to the customer for a full inspection and valeting service (which shall be undertaken at the customer’s expense and at Jeckells’ then current rates)
- 2. The Guarantee shall not extend to sails used for tuition or charter purposes (unless Jeckells were advised prior to manufacture)
- 3. The Guarantee excludes damage caused by fair wear and tear and by exposure to ultra-violet light
