- All quotations issued by Jeckells of Wroxham Ltd (“the Company”) will be subject to the following terms and conditions unless expressly overridden by the Company in writing.
- All quotations are valid for 28 days.
- Any deposit which has been paid to the Company is non-refundable.
- Payment for goods shall be due on completion of manufacture.
- All goods remain the property of the Company until payment has been received in full.
- The delivery date shall not be the essence of the contract.
- Any damage or defects must be notified to the Company in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- If you are sending goods for us to work on, the Company accepts no liability for the goods until they have been received at the sail loft: Jeckells the Sailmaker, Station Road, Wroxham, Norfolk, NR12 8UT.
- On occasion, we may arrange for goods to be collected from you. In this case the Company accepts liability for the goods from the time they leave your premises and your custody and control.
- At all times, the limit of liability of the Company in respect of the goods or anything arising from or in relation to the contract shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.
